We are delighted to have you and want to make sure everything goes smoothly. In order to make this experience unforgettable, here are some important details to take into account:

 

PREPARING

IMPORTANT: To optimize your session, please prepare in advance! Bring reference images, poses, and moodboards. A well-prepared shoot is not only quicker but also of higher quality. We will guide you, but knowing what you want will save time for everyone.

 

PUNCTUALITY

Punctuality is essential for the smooth running of our sessions. In case of delay, the session duration will be reduced accordingly to respect the scheduled time slots and the day’s organization. We will not be able to extend the session beyond the allotted time. Thank you for your understanding.

 

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in a charge for the full amount of the session, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

 

DEPOSIT

Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the session price is required. This deposit secures your spot and covers preparation costs, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

 

SUPPORT

You are welcome to bring a friend or a close one to help you feel more comfortable and at ease during the session. Your well-being is our top priority.

 

ON-SITE PREPARATION

A dedicated space and a makeup area are available for you to get ready before the session begins. You are free to arrive early to prepare as you wish.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

Don’t forget your loyalty card to benefit from our offers! If you forget your card, you will not receive a stamp. We’ve had too many instances of this, and it has become difficult to manage. Please remember your card, thank you for understanding.

 

PARENTAL CONSENT

For minors (under 18 years of age), it is mandatory to provide written parental consent before the photoshoot. This consent must be signed by the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) and confirms their approval for their child to participate in the session.

This measure ensures the protection and well-being of minors during our shoots. The parental consent form should include the following details:

  • The full name of the child
  • The full name and signature of the parent(s) or legal guardian(s)
  • The date of the session
  • Explicit permission to photograph the child
  • Any relevant information or specific requests related to the session (e.g., restrictions on the use of photos on social media or for promotional purposes).

Without this consent, we will not be able to proceed with the photoshoot. We kindly ask you to ensure that this document is completed and submitted before the scheduled session date.

 

MENTION OF THE STUDIO

The Client agrees to mention the Studio as the photographer and shooting location whenever the photos are posted on social media or shared online. This ensures proper credit for the work and location of the shoot.

 

LIABILITY

The Studio disclaims any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during the photoshoot. The Client acknowledges that they are participating in the photoshoot at their own discretion and assumes all associated risks.

PHOTO RETOUCHING

The Client agrees not to retouch or alter the photos edited by the Studio without prior written consent. Unauthorized retouching is strictly prohibited. Only the photos processed and edited by the Studio’s photographer will be delivered to the Client.

 

MATERIAL DAMAGES

The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the Studio’s equipment or the photoshoot location. The Client agrees to reimburse the Studio for the repair or replacement costs of any damaged equipment resulting from their actions or negligence.
